Ben White
The founding attorney of White Law Practice, LLC, Ben represents companies and individuals in complex business litigation and transactional matters. His practice encompasses a wide range of services, with a particular focus on employment issues, contract disputes, and other business torts.
Ben’s approach extends beyond reactive legal representation. Recognizing the importance of preventative counseling, he frequently assists clients with FLSA, NLRB, ACA and other compliance-related issues. His proactive stance includes drafting crucial documents such as employment agreements, handbooks, policies, and restrictive covenants to strengthen his clients’ legal positions.
Complementing his corporate practice, Ben offers estate planning services, assisting clients in safeguarding their assets and protecting their loved ones. He further distinguishes himself by conducting educational presentations for executive teams, HR professionals, and emerging leaders, keeping them abreast of labor and employment regulation compliance and industry developments.
Prior to starting White Law Practice, Ben worked at a well-established firm in Gwinnett County where he specialized in business litigation along with labor and employment issues. Ben previously served as a staff attorney for Chief Judge Harold A. Hinesley in the Toombs Judicial Circuit and also practiced with a large southeast insurance defense firm.
Originally from Michigan, Ben obtained his Bachelor of Science with a major in Neuroscience from Michigan State University. He then went on to graduate from Mercer University School of Law where he was a Dean’s Scholar. During law school, Ben gained experience working for a wide variety of legal organizations including the Michigan Attorney General’s Tax and Revenue Department, a Personal Injury firm, and a Tax Controversy and Estate Planning practice. He was also a member of the Moot Court and Negotiations teams and earned a certificate in Advanced Research and Legal Writing.
Ben and his fiancé live in Lawrenceville with their multiple animals and enjoy staying active in the Gwinnett community.
